FRE 112 - Elementary French Conversation II
2 Credits
Intensive participation in the spoken language to develop and improve oral fluency in conversation, especially for students transferring to four-year institutions.
Prerequisite: FRE 102 taken concurrently, or one year high school language, or FRE 101.
MCC General Education: MCC-BCO - Speaking (MBCO)
Course Learning Outcomes
1. Accurately produce understandable and grammatically correct complete sentences in French.
2. Use correctly the vocabulary associated with one or more of the following topics: family relationships, clothing, housing, travel, food or drink.
3. Describe a past event in French using the past tenses (i. e. the imperfect and the passé composé).
4. Describe basic facts associated with French-Speaking countries.
